TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment terms:
All goods purchased must be paid for and removed no later than 5pm the Thursday immediately after the auction or a storage fee of $100 per day will apply. A representative of the auctioneer will be on site from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday, times outside these hours by arrangement only. Cheques must be made payable to Nolan Fleet Auctions Trust Account. Only bank cheques, cash, credit card EFTPos or electronic transfers will be accepted as payment. No personal or company cheques will be accepted. Goods will not be released until funds are cleared. Special equipment to load purchases is the buyer’s responsibility.
Occupational health and safety act 1985.
The auctioneer advises that all plant and equipment offered in this sale is sold under category 3 of the Worksafe Regulations, that is as scrap only, and as such does not meet the standards required by the occupational health and safety act 1985. Any equipment purchased must be made compliant before use. Heavy fines and penalties may be incurred by failure to comply with these regulations.
Insurance:
All goods are at the buyers risk subsequent to the fall of the hammer. All goods purchased after the auction process are at the buyers risk subsequent to confirmation of acceptance of a sale agreement, either verbally or written. All goods parked or stored at Nolan Fleet Auctions site are at the buyers risk after the fall of the hammer, whether paid for or not. The auctioneer recommends buyers arrange insurance cover notes over purchases at the fall of the hammer.

After submitting this form and either before or on the day of the auction you will need to attend our office to sign the form, show us your drivers license or another form of photo identification and receive a bidders number.
